Shipping policy
If your order is placed prior to 3PM and you've selected an expedited method, we will always try and ensure it is dispatched the following business day however, this isn't a guarantee. Depending on your shipping method chosen, always bear in mind that things can (and will) go wrong when items are in transit and, whilst we'll always be more than happy to help, there's only so much we can do when a courier is at fault/delaying the order.
Standard shipments are currently made via Royal Mail 2nd Class + RM48 whilst Express shipments are currently made via Royal Mail 1st Class + 1st Class Signed For + RM24. All of the above methods have delivery aims but, as aforementioned, these can sometimes be missed and especially in peak times (ie. Black Friday and Christmas).
If your order has been in transit for longer than 10 business days (and is therefore considered lost by Royal Mail) we'll be able to make a claim for it and in turn, issue you a refund.
All international orders are dispatched via a Tracked/Signed For method to ensure successful delivery, fast transit times and the ability to follow your order through customs to prevent any wrongful RTS. However, in our experience, certain countries still fail at delivering even with all the correct address information and the trackable service present. We'd therefore encourage you (especially if you've had issues in the past) to follow the tracking and stay updated on the parcels progress to prevent any wrongful RTS or delays at customs.
If for any reason an item is returned from an international destination, we fully reserve the right to maintain all shipping costs that were charged and only refund for the items cost. Likewise, if an item is destroyed at customs or lost on it's return, we reserve the right to offer no refund or replacement.
