Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (in the form of your order number/confirmation email). If you are returning an item that you weren't charged shipping on (ie. you received free shipping due to the order value being above a certain threshold), we reserve the right to charge (via deducting from the original payment) a shipment/restocking fee to make up for the cost of originally shipping your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@rewrx.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. As the buyer, you are responsible for any return postage costs and, if the item isn't returned via a tracked method, you do so at your own risk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted as this is considered a forced return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will try and display all products as accurately as possible on the site however, there will always be differences in colour and other visual aspects due to the nature of differing monitors and colour schemes.
Please also bear in mind that the majority of the items available on this site are vintage, pre-loved and have been worn. This means that there may be imperfections, degradation due to age or other features you might not expect from a new garment. Wherever possible, we will outline and display any obvious product faults in product images however, if you believe we've missed something, just let us know.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, personalised items or custom RE-WRX's). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
